At this point it just seemed easier to grit my teeth and pay... Paying was a huge headache, as their system was not working and I talked to one incompetent customer service provider after another.
Ultimately they charged me TWICE for something I really should not have had to pay for in the first place and despite continuing to leap through incompetent customer service individuals and conversations with literal robots on the phone, I have still not reached a person who can refund me my money.
We made a change this year to Turbo Tax desktop software and we didn’t do enough to communicate this change to you as proactively and broadly as we could or should have.
I am very sorry for the anger and frustration we may have caused you.

Transferred me to tech was rude said, "I can't do anything about it. it is now may 20th and my refund is just now updating!Turbo Tax claims to not be at fault since "they" were not present to witness the entered information. I called many times to the IRS and they said they were holding my refund but couldn't tell me why!
